It's great to find so many people here who are all so supportive. I've been looking on this site now for a good 4 months and have seen nothing but encouragement, praise and help for others. I think this is an awesome community of people and i'm proud to be joining you!

I'm sorry, i've had to take some info off this post - primarily because i'm too worried about people finding me on the internet... I use this name far too often and I don't want people to find out :)

It was in 2006 that I finally broke down and went to the doctor - asking him to put me on Prozac. He refused, point blank and booked me in to see the next available CBT counsellor.



Well what a sensible doctor - how did that work out in the end hun??

A massive welcome to the site and I hope you've found the chatroom?? We ususally have a quiz night in there on a Sat at 9pm - I'm hoping to get in there myself tonight. You have to watch out for me, as like the others will tell you somehow I always win the quiz!!! :yesyes:
