Symptoms Repeating

Do you guys get good/bad days? And also do you get symptoms to reappear in the exact same fashion?

e.g. muscle tension > headaches > face numbness, twitching, muscle weakness > dizziness > depersonalization > being fine for few months and then the cycle repeats...

Not exact pattern but one very similar, I would say.

Muscle tension from anxiety/panic causes many of the physical symptoms we experience, and long-term, more serious problems like chronic pain, fatigue, IBS etc.
