Severe burning in limbs

This symptom randomly started laat week and has continued to get worse. It feels like the nerves in my limbs are on fire.
I went to the ER last night and other than a blood test to check for any defeciencies (still waiting for the results) they didnt give me any answers.
They just said periphal neuropothay unknown cause.
Im only 25, i cant understand why i keep getting all this chronic bizarre symptoms. Has anyone else had this?
