Hello I have just come across this site this morning and I'm so glad I found it, it's the first site I've found specifically for health anxiety. I'm glad there are people who also think and feel like I do.:)

Although I use the Five Areas Approach book by Chris Williams? it still helps to find a chat room..:)

I've pushed my gp to send me back to my counsellor but the more i read the more I think I should be seeing a CTP, is anyone currently seeing anyone like this?

Kat
