for the last couple of days I have had intermittent clicking noises in my left ear, with a background swishing tinny noise that some times feels like it is pulsing.
It is worse at night when I lie down in bed, otherwise during the day it seems to fade. Have read all the Google horror stories (why do we do this?)and am trying not to get too worked up about it, but I seem to recall having minor episodes of this before - mostly after being physically stressed - neck and shoulder tension mostly.
Have just finished two days of decorating in my lounge lots of heaving furniture and books about, plus paint rollering over my head etc
so this might have exacerbated it. Neck and shoulders quite tight and painful today (I suffer with fibromyaliga) and found that I woke up this morning neck bent up and clenching my teeth.
Anyone else been similarly affected like this and did the tinnitus go away when the body calmed down and musculature relaxed.
