Anyone else awake?

Anyone else here awake and can't sleep due to anxiety? I wish it would bugger off for a bit so I can go to bed :(

I'm awake but I keep some strange sleeping times.

Do you do anything like read when in bed? This can be a great help. Stories perhaps? I find this helps me.

Me too. Fretting about silly stuff and getting frustrated about not being able to sleep lol.

I eventually felt asleep at 2, couldn't do any of my usual things like reading or TV, I was up all night fixing my Facebook privacy settings instead due to anxiety.
