so today i was just sitting when i got this pain in my like left lung. it was quite sharp and it was only there when i breathed out. i started panicking a little bit because it really hurt and it wasn't going away. it also changed when i would sit up right, it wouldn't hurt as much.after a few minutes i went to get some water and then i went outside to get some fresh air and it disappeared? this has happened before but for a very short period of time and very rarely. can anyone help me out? i'm so scared about it? is it anything serious? i'm going on a plane in a few days what if it happens there ? help me please !!
