Anxiety/panic attacks

Hi I am new to this forum and have been reading threads from others and it has made me feel a whole lot better that there are others who are suffering to. The doctor has just diagnosed my with anxiety/depression and put me on 20mg citalopram which for the first two weeks gave me horrendous side effects. I am going to persevere as I have heard this is a wonder drug. :D
