I'll try to make the explanation short and understandable. I'm a maintenance Foreman for a few parks and campgrounds. One of the parks has water supplied by a very large water tank. We haven't treated the water during the winter as the park is closed but the water still runs to some of our facilities. I used the water the other day to wash my hands. Not soon after I had an itch in my nose and picked my nose(I know it's gross). Well last night I started feeling pain at the top back of my throats where mucus comes from the nose. Today I wake up with lots of pain in my neck and throats and pain in my ears when swallowing. I don't have a stuffy nose, but I do have some phlegm build up. When I suck it back to spit it, it's dark brown with streak of blood. Now I've worried myself into thinking I've giving myself a deadly virus or bacteria such as something flesh eating or N. Fowleri.
