Pain in right arm that comes and goes?

Anyone know what this is? It's quite painful but it just comes on for a second and goes. In my upper right arm -perhaps nerve related? I am sure I have had this before and wondered if anxiety could in any way factor into it..
Any thoughts/similar experiences?
