Excessive thirst!

So for like two weeks now I’ve had excessive throat and dry mouth. I know I’m not diabetic. I always have something wrong with me, I’m 33 years old and thin. I do smoke ecigs and have been taking Valium for 2 years now. Can anyone else relate? I mean I drink a lot of water

I'm struggling with bowel complaints and trying to keep things ..moving smoothly so I've gone from only drinking 5 cups of coffee to just drinking water.

I Swear I'm going through at least 3ltrs of water a day..and I still get quite dry in between drinking (along with the dry stools I'm having I'm honestly wondering where the hell all this fluid is going..)
