What would you like support on

So although I am not a professional and cannot give any medical advice I was just wondering what you would like help on? I have anxiety myself and always find it easier to talk about how I am feeling but I know some people don't have the support they need. I would like to help others to see a light at the end of the tunnel like I did.

I don't judge and would love to offer other people support who need it so please just comment whether its a rant or you want some support from someone else who has gone through the same thing I am here
