Eye strain, Headaches but no blurry vision

Hello,

Wondering if someone could give me some advice, i get really anxious going out specially if it's somewhere new but wondering if i need to go to get my eyes tested.

So my eye sight is good i think, i don't have blurry vision but i find i squint at near and far causing eye strain and i think this might be my cause of headaches.

I also find i seem to be pretty sensitive to the light

Is this a sign i need glasses eye though my vision is clear?
