I can't cope with the worries I get one on top of the other. I don't have a specific anxiety all the time, I get anxiety over something and it's really intense for a while then it goes and is replaced by something new. In between these big anxieties I get general anxieties that make me a stress head and not a very happy person.
How can this be stopped??
