Upping fluoxetine

Going from 20 to 30. Day 7 of increase anxiety bad will this work? Help.

The one thing I do have experience with is Fluoxetine, I take 40mg once a day. Since you already take 20mg, you know about the initial side effects of confusion and dizziness. Just be mindful with the increase, you'll experience that again. Just remember as you get used to the medication, this will eventually pass. In my situation fluoxetine has worked well for 5 years in limiting my anxiety and panic. I hope the same happens for you Libs44. Best to you on your journey.
