reddy brown mucus in stool

Hi as anyone had reddy brown mucus on toilet paper and stool with piles i was told i have internal ones year ago and i do every once in a while get this mucus blood but this time im freaking out because ive also seen red chunks in my stool as well i did eat a small amout of red peper sunday could it be that

Im just in a panic i saw the maroon mucus blood on stool which always shocks me i have had some discomfort in my bottom i do have piles but always have dark blood which people say isnt normal so it always freaks me out
