Thats pretty funny and a good way of describing some anxieties. A lot of the anxieties were self worth which i guess is where a lot stems from for younger people.

For me, my anxiety can be about Syria, Atomic Bombs, Politics, Bad Manners less about self referential stuff.

Still useful discussion starter as well.
