I have had an odd chest discomfort for a couple of weeks. Not like angina or anything. Just a general chest discomfort like bronchitis or something but I have no cough and feel fine elsewise. Also I have a weird sensation in my throat like a lump and my voice has changed. Kind of hoarse sounding. I'm so scared it's cancer. I'm deathly terrified of cancer and everything I read online tells me these symptoms are not good. I have acid reflux so I'm praying it's that but I just don't think it is.
