Left side.

I haven't been on for almost a year but here I am back. I got a sharp pain in the front left near my ribs and then since then my left side of my spine feels bruised and sore. It radiates into my side and top af arm, if I strain on toilet it hurts right around my left side, sort of wraps around. I saw an osteopath on Monday who could feel 3 places on left that felt tight. Since then I have been getting stabbing pains in my ribs and it's all freaking me out it's an organ or something.
