I do have a pre condition which I was born with so that 34 years and counting, with my disability.

Heart fear 40 years and counting...that's age 24 to 64, who knew? Not me obviously :blush::)

Years. Some things are transient, other things stick, some are about the disorder itself and it wouldn't have happened without them so they date back to near the beginning. Perhaps less typical on a HA board but on a panic or GAD one, it would be pretty common.

Variety of anxiety conditions and depression. On and off for approx 55 years :wacko:

Anxiety itself for 15 years give or take. So almost half my life spent worrying. I have recurring worries that plague me. But once I'm fine with one I'm on to the next one.
