I have been struggling for a month now with gas constipation etc. Has anyone used aloe vera? What i read it helps fight infection in intestines as well as diabetes etc. I started taking last night. And second dose this morning. I wantedbl to see uf anyone has taken the gel tablets and if it has helped. Thanks.
