Weather and sinus/headaches

Hi,

So this is propably a stupid or silly question but with everything going on right now I just need to talk a little bit. Like the weather here has a constant change been different climates. I have sinus issues and know this, I have a app that tells me if I'm at risk of sinus headache but the last few days I've been worried about the constant headaches and stuffy feeling.

Try to relax and use logic. Dismiss any irrational thoughts from your mind, it is spring time. And my truck is yellow from pollen lol. You have to relax and understand millions of people are having sinus issues during this of the year. I just got over a sinus issue I had a headache a lot of pressure in my face and couldn't concentrate. You will be fine :yesyes:
