neck pain for several days

Hey guys,

this soudns weird but I've had neck pain for the last 3-4 days.

I can remember that the other day I had a headache so I thought i'd lie down with my back on the bed while hanging my head off and neck extended. From then on, my neck feels tight and uncomfortable.

I'm still able to move it around but it just feels uncomfortable and now I'm getting really worried.

Has anyone got any experience with neck pain?

I get kinks in my neck and back all the time. I had one in my neck a couple weeks ago that was the worst I had ever experienced. Lasted for about 5 days and I was unable to turn my head. It was in constant pain. But it's gone now. It's relatively normal.
