Hi, I’m new here and have been suffering from extreme health anxiety for about 3 years. Been reading this great forum for a while now, and thought I’d finally join.

The latest thing I’m obsessed about is the pulse on my temples. It feel super strong when I press my fingers down on it. I can feel it all the way to the top of my head. Is this normal? Worries it could be a blockage or something. My pulse also feels strong on both sides of my wrists.

Yes, all normal.

Wrist, neck and temples all are strong pulse points, if you couldn't feel a pulse then i'd be worried.

You don't need to worry about how strong your pulse is anywhere as some people just have a naturally stronger heartbeat/pulse. My heartbeat pulses through my clothes and i'm all good.

Thank you for your quick response, Mindprison. That makes me feel a lot better. Been worrying about it for a while but didn’t want to fall into a Google trap looking it up. Very much appreciated!
