View Full Version : Constant Fatigue and Dizziness

Hi everyone,
School has become extremely difficult lately. I have been dealing with the college application process and have also been going through some issues at home involving my parents. Last month, I began feeling exhausted and dizzy at school. I can barely focus in class, and when I walk through the halls I am so dizzy that I feel like I am floating. I have GAD health anxiety, so these symptoms always make me panicky.
I have been sleeping normally, at least 8 hours a night. Several weeks ago I couldn't sleep at all one night though, so that may have thrown me off. When I went on a college visit last week, I got to skip school for a day and I felt amazing. My anxiety was much less intense at this campus, so I don't understand why my symptoms of fatigue only occurred at school.
I had a good, energized day yesterday but got dizzy again around 5pm. I really want to overcome this because when I feel especially dizzy, I skip class to sit in the nurse's office. This is a bad habit! Any help would be appreciated.
