Amitriptyline

Hi, I am not new to this site as I use to read this site last year but have started experiencing bad PA and problems sleeping. Waking in the night with anxiety and I end up being sick. Doctor prescribed me Amitriptyline (http://www.nomorepanic.co.uk/showthread.php?t=17423). I am nervous to take it. I have only been given 10mg and I also take Citalopram 20mg in the mornings. Any advice would be helpful. Feeling worried about taking this new med.
