When I got up this morning I noticed I had a slight cramp in my lower left abdomen, I had to go to college though so just tried to ignore it. I figure it was because I hadn’t been to the toilet in almost 72 hours. Anyway I got to class and started getting more cramps, so at break I went to the toilet. It wasn’t diarrhoea but rather lots of little pebbles, but they weren’t hard to pass. I figured since I had been to the toilet that would be the end of the cramp but I’m back in class and it’s still there. I can’t concentrate on anything now and I’m freaking out because it’s an hour and a half till I can go home. I’m convinced I need to be in hospital or something.
