So I had a very embarrassing/ hard fall today at work which resulted to instant swelling and pain on my right leg/knee... it went to the size of a small ball like a baseball.. I instantly raised it and put ice on the area.. the swelling has gone down but the pain is still there and it is somewhat hot to touch.. I am having terrible panic attacks about a blood clot and wanted to know is this possible?
