Why do I always think I have the big c with every symptom? I have had an upper left back/side discomfort for a few months and immediately think pancreas or stomach. Now I am feeling sick every day and loose bowels and generally don't feel right. I am constantly thinking this is it this time and think the nausea and loose bowels are with the big c somewhere 🤦*♀️.

IBS is far more likely than cancer. Anxiety so commonly causes GI upset.
It’s not unreasonable to see your GP for some basic tests ie routine bloods but cancer really is unlikely.

I'm glad I am not the only one who thinks every symptom is to do with the big c , I had nausea I went to gp as I worried about my testicles and mention the nausea he says it do with anxiety, but I don't believe him.
