Hi guys, just came across this forum, did not know there was one for this.

So I started getting severe panic attacks around 2016, a few months after I witnessed my father having a heart attack. I think that's where it started, and I always think the worst, but in general I'm glad to be alive, and have had interesting experiences and conversations with people in positions like me.

I stay positive as much as I can, so that's all about me I suppose!
