When I walk out of home, I sometimes suffer from dizziness and headache alongwith shortness in breathing. But if I donot react to it, it subside. But it is not possible for me to stay calm at all times when this happens. I need a help to bring an end to this completely. Kindly help me out....

If it’s not always possible for you to ignore the anxiety, you could try distraction by mindfulness? Do something like count your steps, count your breaths (so that you are practicing relaxing breathing).
Mindfulness is something that will focus you on the here and now instead of the “what if” of the future. If you google it, you should find some simple exercises you can do in your head.
