Not a great deal to say.. Just incredibly bloody nervous!

Leaving work shortly to go home and mix up the moviprep.. Stuff

Tomorrow has arrived too quickly, he's either going to find cancer.. Or nothing. Obviously cancer is my main concern but in the off chance I'm clear I'm still going to find myself incredibly confused as to what's causing my issues!

Tomorrow could just be the worst day in my life, why does the paperwork have to start with the chance of death during the procedure.. Why!

I had the prep stuff five years ago for my sigmoidoscopy and the day before and before I starting the prep in the morning, my meal choices were limited, it worked pretty well. my mum and my dad made sure I drank it.

Signing the papework and doing all the pre test, blood presure and how I wanted to it do be done, sedate or gas, i choice gas but should have had sedate as I was in pain during the scan, tapping out a few times.

I am not going to scare you too much apart from paper pants and gown

All what we found doing mine and after another scan, talking to my specialist was a small non cancerous pouch which I may had since birth she told me that 2.5% uk population has at least one in this location.

Ive just started my first glass of this dodgy metallic smelling pretend barley rubbish!

I look forward to my paper pants, if I survive the night! :scared15:

I'll literally take them finding Anything but cancer...but I really am not hopeful...

I was given sedation

More than I thought. I expected to be watching it on the screen as this large tumour appeared in view

What actually happened was he gave me something to stop any potential nausea..and then I woke up a couple of seconds later

I had no idea I was going to be out, unless it was one of them where I was awake but don't remember anything?

I'm not complaining now I'm on the other side of it

(All clear on the cancer front, all clear on the everything front apparently! no abnormalities..but took a biopsy to see if theres anything microscopic)
