I have been on citalopram now for a couple of months due to having to go back onto them because my anxiety came back after around a year and a half of not taking them. I feel so much better since taking them and my anxiety seems to be controlled now this morning I completely forgot to take my tablet ! I have an appointment with my doctor on 11th May to reassess me I am on 20mg at the moment and I am wondering if I should ask him to lower my dose and see how I get on but I am so confused if this is the right thing to do ? some advice would be brilliant
