Hi all
I have a pretty crappy health anxiety problem which I simply cannot shake. I have had this bout for a few weeks now...but started getting a dull headache/pressure to my right side of my head and to the rear about 3 or 4 days ago.
My shoulder and neck are sore and stiff (I can feel this when I move my head around). I also clench my jaws (when I do actually notice). Do these headaches / pressure feel similar to what anyone else has / is having? And how are you coping with it...as my mind is racing and all sorts of nastiness is going through my mind.
