Hello NMP :)

I'm a 23 year old girl from the UK, recently just moved to Scotland from Wales. I've struggled with anxiety for as long as I can remember, but over the past two years it seems to have steadily gotten worse... Lately just been feeling a little overwhelmed. :/

I guess it's time to bite the bullet and face my demons... so this is me tentatively dipping my toe in the water. :scared15:

Welcome. I'm new here too...been dealing with anxiety and panic attacks for nearly 17 years. Has gotten much worse lately so that's why I'm here, trying to take steps to better myself. I have never been on meds and never want to so this is part of my personal recovery plan. Take care!
