Is there any one here who thinks like that?

I did hundreds of blood tests and nothing found but I keep thinking that there are other hundreds of medical tests that I should do and if not, the disease would spread and become uncontrollable. This makes me anxious all the time.

All the time, I have terrible HA thinking something is wrong, causing problems in the family between my parents. I do have a health condition which I have to keep on top of things. everything spring cancer

Absolutely! I think, for me anyway, I need to come to better grips with it being impossible to completely control my health/future and to stop trying to. It's ironic because I'm super laid-back with just about everything else but health anxiety!
