Can someone please tell me if the "contact us" form is not clear enough as to how to reset your password or what to do if you have forgotten your username.

I get requests every day for password resets or forgotten user names so there must be something wrong with the way I worded it or are people just not reading things. :shrug:
I am at 4 "contact us" emails today already for this problem.
This is a serious question, by the way, as I don't understand why people don't see how to do it or how can I make it more obvious?
