I'm in school and every few weeks, at my peak stress, my stomach seems to rumble more often, I have to go to the bathroom more, I feel a sensation that diarrhea is coming but it's not, and I overall don't feel well as a whole. I don't have a fever, but I sometimes feel like I'm colder when this happens. This has been going on since January when I got a full blown stomach flu and have been getting minor symptoms very few weeks or so. It seems to go away on its own after a few days, but I'm not sure why this keeps recurring. Anyone know what it is?
