So many symptoms

For a while now I've had all these different symptoms and I don't know what they are. Some say brain tumour, some say blood cancer..
My symptoms are
-headaches every day
-unbalanced feeling
-feeling sick
-white dots that come up in vision
-really bad left arm ache and a weakness feeling in my hand
-really itchy armpits
-painful glands in my neck

Have you not seen a doctor and asked?

I went about the headaches and dots in visions and he looked in y eyes and said they were fine.

The rest of the symptoms have come up since. What causes itchy armpits.. they're really bad all the time
