Hello from Michigan where Winter is still going strong.

Through a search for familial tremors, I've read a few posts and joined. Now, I wonder, does one hand (left) shaking, constitute essential temor? It's bothersome and I spill a lot of drinks, but is it appropriate for this "panic" forum?
