I have suffered from Health Anxiety my entire life and 3 years ago after my grandma passed I developed severe panic attacks. I knew I had raynauds since I was about 25 and never really thought about it. Ignorance is bliss I guess! After my panic attacks started I developed hypothyroid and met Dr. Google. This is when my life stopped. I read about a disease called Scleroderma and have never been the same since. I was in and out of the emergency room several doctors and then finally at a autoimmune specialist for testing. After extensive bloodwork for Scleroderma for the past 3 years the specialist told me it is only Raynauds and nothing else. At the same time I have developed bad acid reflux and I know that's a sign of Scleroderma too. I have lost my job over this and many friends and family because I can't seem to get it out of my head. And the anxiety makes my reflux worse. Any input from anyone would be greatly appreciated. Anyone else suffer from Primary Raynauds with other symptoms?
