Hello All,

Thanks again to everyone on this site for being a constant source of support. I am wondering if anyone has a regular cycle to their anxiety? Long story short is that I have been living with this anxiety that I have oral/ tonsil cancer for a few months now. I've been to my GP and dentist and both think I am fine. But I manage to be okay in the evening and then I wake up in the morning and the anxiety is in full blown panic mode. Anyone else see this trend? Any ways people deal with it?

Thanks!

Thanks for sharing! I wonder what it is about mornings that freaks us out so bad.

From what I know, this is very common with anxiety and also with depression.
When i get it, I try to take a few deep breaths and it works sometimes. I know it's eventually going to go away on its own but It sucks tho...

My understanding is that our bodies start ramping up for the day around 4:00 a.m. and the chemicals involved in that can spike anxiety if you have it.
