Scared I ate contaminated fish

I got sashimi for lunch with raw fish. They prepared it in front of me so it hadn't been sitting out at all. But as I was eating I noticed that the tuna was mushy, and a couple of pieces had a white, fatty substance on the end. I didn't eat the pieces that seemed really bad and it didn't smell or taste off at all, but now I'm regretting eating any of it. I want to say the chef wouldn't have prepared it if it seemed bad but who knows, there was a long line and maybe he wasn't paying attention. So now I'm scared I'm going to get bad food poisoning.

I feel okay right now but I know food poisoning can take 1-2 days (or longer) to develop.
Then again I ate some romaine yesterday so I probably already have e-coli anyway. :shrug: Food poisoning is defiitely my pet worry right now.
