Hi everyone,
A common symptom of my anxiety is dizziness, but I can never quite describe what it feels like. For example, sometimes when I'm standing up, I feel numb almost as if I'm not really standing. It feels like my body is on autopilot, which is very disorienting and frightening. It's a very physical feeling but when I tell my doctor she looks at me like I have 3 heads. Does anybody else get this as a symptom of anxiety?
