I have struggled with bouts of anxiety frequently for parts of my life...I had hoped ( naively) that with age it would or may have got easier ...Now I have new/different anxieties ( all health related) - I have done things naively maybe ? ( then read) that they may/can cause cancer - things that I have exposed myself to - the world never seemed to be such a scary place, home used to be/feel safe now it has felt that I have compromised my health in ways by things at home etc.. ..I am afraid that unless my head stops all the negative/scary thoughts I am going to drive myself insane and have no real quality or enjoyment of life
