Insomnia- 24 hours awake

Last night, I had a incredibly difficult night and I actually didn't mange to get any sleep. Like I've been awake since 10 am yesterday. Like I don't feel that exhausted right now? My limbs feel kinda strange but other than that I don't feel tried at all? I'm taking sudafed as something to try and help with my head pressure- I took a tablet at 1.30 am last night. Could this had a effect?

If sudafed is a decongestant - I think it is ? - then Yes it can cause insomnia.

Decongestants may keep you awake and are usually taken during the day. Nasal sprays are less likely to have that side effect and may be helpful at night for congestion.
