So I'll be sitting in a chair, and I'll point my feet up (toes to the air) and then drop my foot, and my foot will lightly shake once or twice. I think this is the same thing that doctors do when they check for ankle clonus?
I keep doing it over and over again, all the time when I'm sitting doing nothing. Does anyone else's feet do that? Do you know if its a normal thing for it to shake?
I know this sounds weird, self testing and all that. Lately ive just been a mess because I got a job offer and need to take a DOT physical for it, and I always dread getting the reflex tests. One time they were hyper, the next two times they were normal, I just dread it.
