i feel super weird this morning and not shore witch reason it is.

1, probably the panicy option. yesterday i did a lot of physical work after being pretty inactive all winter, messed with my brain chemistry or something?

2. i started a new anxiety med to go along with my other last week, i felt fine up to now for some reason...

please help before i have a panic attack!
