Excessive itch on upper arm now petatchie

As title says I’ve had an itchy arm last night as son fell asleep onto it. Now I have what looks like patachie and I’m freaking out :( could this be caused by me causing trauma to my skin

Yep if you scratched it, it can cause minor skin years that can cause petatchie, put some anti itch cream on it and don't scratch

Yes, of course. Cause and effect! Haven't you had this before ? If I get a bug bite and scratch it I have temporary tiny red spot over the area.

I get these all over my body because of hayfever. Nothing to worry about.
