Morning! Newbie here so bare with me.
I'm just about to start my level 3 in counselling and am thinking which route to go down when qualified.
It will definitely be with families and children as this is what I have worked in my whole career. (I have a diploma in childcare and education already).
I currently run stay and play sessions in my local town for families and children under 5. I'd absolutely love to somehow incorporate my newly qualified skills in to this line of work if I can.
So my question is how? What could I do? I know there is the route of child/family counselling or play therapy but I'm not sure this is quite it.
I feel like it could be a whole new kind of service I could be offering. 🤔
Anyone have any clue as to what I'm talking about? Any help?
